2 running events per athlete
Medals given to top 3 runners in each heat
Please reach out to coaches if you are no longer able to attend as your attendance affects the entire team
New runners, bring a water bottle and light snack, blanket/towel to sit on in infield.
No parents will be permitted past gate unless you are a designated volunteer.
